Support tickets should be filed online through the support portal.
1) In the support portal, select the "File a Support Ticket" link.
2) Your name and email should populate automatically after first use
3) Enter a subject for your ticket.
4) Choose a ticket category based on the request you are making:
Bug priorities:
Service Request
5) Select a product area
6) Enter a description for your issue/request and upload any supporting files.
7) Submit the ticket.
