A new software release is now available in the Edsby Sandbox. It is expected that this release will be going into production across all customer sites in the September 29 to October 5 timeframe.

Updates to Credit Recovery
Credit Recovery is an optional application that helps teachers and school administrators manage the credit recovery process. Based on feedback from districts, we've updated Credit Recovery by incorporating terms that are meaningful to a wider set of jurisdictions.
We’ve also updated the Credit Recovery Report form to include a Parent contact notes field to enable the original teacher to summarize the information shared with the parents. New Final Recovery Grade and Final Recovery Comment fields have also been added to the form. These fields are visible when the Credit Recovery Complete radio button is selected.
The Credit Recovery Zoom and export have been enhanced to include the final recovery grade and final recovery comment.

Course Modelling Enhancements
The modelling system can be used to provide teachers with a turn-key Class that already includes weighting buckets, summary columns or gradebook tabs. The modelling options have been enhanced by providing the ability to model these items separately.
Modelling is a powerful tool that quickly deploys class setup to hundreds of classes. It is strongly recommended that any modelling be performed in customers' Sandbox systems first before performing such wide-ranging changes to Production systems. This will not only limit any unintended consequences to the Sandbox but will also keep the Sandbox and Production systems in the same state. We also recommend that a test modelling be performed before applying a wider change.

Assessments: Rubrics can be changed after cross-posting.
Assessments: Student submission issue resolved with Google Workspace when assessment assigned to a subset of students.
Assessments: Assessment with links no longer results in Perspective/My Work error.
Classes: Posts in upcoming and future classes are not posted to the student’s Recent Activity feed.
Comment Bank: Comments can be added to My Comments from the report card sheet.
Notifications: Report Cards are displayed correctly when accessed from email link.
Manage Page: Follow and Unfollow buttons added.
Parent Invitations: Parents can link additional children to existing account.
Perspective Analyze: If the class only contains unscored Evidence, the Summarize By field will be set to Count automatically.
Perspective Analyze: Issue resolved with viewing by Month if only one assessment is present.
Planner: Copied archived content no longer includes HTML.
